Fractionation and Characterization of Tannin Acyl Hydrolase from Aspergillus niger

Food Sci NutrUPLC‐ESI/HRMS profiling of the mangrove species Sonneratia caseolaris identified 45 metabolites in leaves and roots, mainly flavonoid glycosides, gallotannins, and other polyphenols, including two sulfated flavonoids not previously reported in mangroves.
