Model for electric load profiles with high time resolution for German households
Energy and Buildings, 2015Approximately 27% of the European energy consumption is caused by the domestic sector, where 19% of the end use energy demand is caused by electric devices. To investigate the factors at play, a stochastic bottom-up model for the generation of electric load profiles is introduced in this paper.

The Situation of the German Elbe Tributaries — Development of the Loads in the Last 10 Years
Acta hydrochimica et hydrobiologica, 2003AbstractFrom 1991 to 1996 intensive investigations (“Leitprojekt Elbe 2000”) were performed on the water and sediment quality of the German Elbe tributaries. Schwarze Elster, the Mulde river system (Freiberger Mulde, Zwickauer Mulde, andVereinigte Mulde), Saale and its tributaries Ilm and Unstrut, Weiße Elster, and Havel and Spree were considered ...

Computation of major solute concentrations and loads in german rivers using regression analysis
CATENA, 1980Summary Regression functions between concentrations of several inorganic solutes and specific conductance and between specific conductance and stream discharge were derived from intermittent samples collected for 2 rivers in West Germany. These functions, in conjunction with daily records of streamflow, were used to determine monthly and annual ...
