Characteristics of grape seed and oil from nine Turkish cultivars
Natural Product Research, 2011Percentages of crude oil, protein, fibre and ash of grape seeds obtained from Turkish cultivars were of the ranges 5.40-10.79, 5.24-7.54, 17.6-27.1, and 1.2-2.6, respectively. Stability of Grape Seed Oil and its Antioxidant Tocotrienols
Advanced Materials Research, 2014For the experiment three different storage conditions were chosen: storage at room temperature of 22 °C in the light and in the dark and in the dark in a refrigerator at 4 °C. Parameters monitored were: peroxide value and changes in the content of α-, γ-and δ-tocotrienols and α - and γ-tocopherols during storage for 210 days (30 weeks).

Valorization of grape pomaces: Green extraction of grape seed oil using supercritical CO2
2022The grape pomace obtained after pressing is a valuable by-product, containing about 7-22% grape seed oil. This oil is a rich source of essential unsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid, as well as other bioactive compounds with strong antioxidant activity such as vitamin E active compounds, phytosterols and polyphenolic compounds. In contrast

Quality Characteristics of Pressed Ham Containing Grape Seed Oil
Journal of Animal Science and Technology, 2008Pressed ham was manufactured to investigate the effects of grape seed oil on the quality characteristics of pressed ham. Five treatments were divided based on differences in the amount of grape seed oil added into the pressed ham. For control, 10% of back fat was only added without grape seed oil.
