麻疯树亚硝基谷胱甘肽还原酶(JcGSNOR)的克隆与功能分析
本研究克隆出了麻疯树亚硝基谷胱甘肽还原酶(JcGSNOR)cDNA的全长序列,并分析了其在麻疯树各部位中的表达情况.结果表明,在所有参试的器官中,JcGSNOR基因皆有表达,其中在种子种表达量最大,其次为根茎,叶表达量最少.对新基因编码蛋白的理化性质进行分析后发现JcGSNOR的分子量约为40.256kDa,等电点约为6.74;同源性分析表明,JcGSNOR基因与其它植物GSNOR基因核甘酸序列相似度达到80%以上,说明JcGSNOR是GSNOR蛋白家族的一个新发现的成员 ...
