An improved hapten design for the radioimmunoassay of steroid glucuronides
Journal of Steroid Biochemistry, 1980Abstract Antisera for the radioimmunoassay of steroid glucuronides have in the past been raised against immunogens in which the glucuronide has been attached to a protein via its carboxylic group. Such antisera do not discriminate well between the glucuronide and the unconjugated free steroid.

Design of the hapten for the induction of antibodies catalyzing aldol reaction
Journal of Molecular Graphics, 1994The transition states of the aldol reaction and their analogues are reported here for the design of the haptens generating catalytic antibodies. The structural and the electrostatic properties were calculated by an ab initio molecular orbital method and were compared using a graphic software.
