, 2021 Bu çalışma öğretmen adaylarının yükseköğretim hizmet kalitesi algılarını çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelemek amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi'nde 2019 – 2020 eğitim öğretim yılında öğrenim gören 271 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır.
