GC cells enhance glutamine accumulation by upregulating SLC1A5 expression. This upregulation not only boosts GC cell proliferation, but also outcompetes CD8+ T cells for glutamine and suppresses their antitumor immunity. Mechanistically, METTL7A deficiency in GC induces SLC1A5 overexpression via an m6A‐dependent pathway and N‐glycosylation ...

Study of Bacillus cereus as an Effective Multi-Type A Trichothecene Inactivator
Type A trichothecenes are common mycotoxins in stored cereal grains, where co-contamination is likely to occur. Seeking new microbiological options capable of inactivating more than one type A trichothecene, this study aimed to analyze facultative ...

m6A‐Driven Pexophagy Triggers Placental Ferroptosis to Impair Fetal Growth Upon Environmental Stress
Prenatal environmental stress exposure promotes m6A modification to drive PEX2‐dependent pexophagy, thereby causing placental ferroptosis and FGR. ABSTRACT The role and underlying mechanisms of placental ferroptosis in fetal growth restriction (FGR) induced by environmental stress remain poorly understood.

Polystyrene nanoplastics disrupt pancreatic immune–endocrine homeostasis by promoting MHC‐I‐associated dendritic cell activation and inflammatory crosstalk with β cells. This immune remodeling drives β‐cell dedifferentiation, impairs insulin secretion, and aggravates metabolic dysfunction, revealing a previously unrecognized immunometabolic mechanism ...

A conductive ZrB2 ceramic composite strategy was developed for Mg3(Sb, Bi)2 thermoelectrics to regulate carrier transport and phonon scattering through heterointerface engineering. The 1.0 wt.% ZrB2 composite achieved enhanced room‐temperature performance, with a power factor of 28.51 µW cm−1 K−2 and a peak ZT of 1.22 at 573 K.

Human iPSC‐derived Fabry cardiomyocytes exhibited broad transcriptional dysregulation, apoptosis, mitochondrial dysfunction, impaired reactive oxygen species handling, altered contractility, and abnormal calcium transient decay, potentially mediated by phospholamban hyperphosphorylation.

Targeted protein degradation is often limited by the scarcity of usable E3 ligases. Herein, we report the first small‐molecule GPX4 degraders that incorporate either electrophilic warheads or a minimal azide group as an E3 recruitment ligand. The azide‐based degrader DK‐5070 effectively drives potent GPX4 degradation; mechanistic studies reveal that ...

Photobiomodulated microglia release engineered extracellular vesicles that deliver UFL1 to the injured spinal cord. UFL1 competitively binds p53 with MDM2, inhibiting p53 ubiquitination and stabilizing p53 signaling. This dual mechanism simultaneously promotes anti‐inflammatory microglial polarization and directs neural stem cell differentiation toward
