Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Compression to ≈2.0 GPa results in a non‐monotonic enhancement of the Pb‐I bond distortion, rarely observed in other 2D lead‐iodide hybrid perovskites. The octahedral distortion together with the rigidity of spacer cation are found to play a dominant role in determining the optoelectronic properties of DPDAPbI4 under high pressure.

Advanced Synthesis &Catalysis, EarlyView.γ‐Amino acid derivatives with an α‐quaternary center are prevalent in medicinally important compounds. A dual N‐heterocyclic carbene/photocatalytic pathway is developed for the three‐component synthesis of α, α ‐disubstituted γ‐amino esters. This methodology allows for the rapid synthesis of diverse libraries of γ‐amino esters in good yields.

Self‐Adjusting Engineered Probiotic for Targeted Tumor Colonization and Local Therapeutics Delivery
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Zou et al. developed an engineered strain of Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 with precise targeting abilities for colonization and on‐demand payload release. The engineered probiotic survives and embolizes tumors only in the presence of more than 5 mM L‐lactate. Furthermore, the introduction of an α‐hemolysin circuit enhances its anti‐tumor effect.

USP10 Inhibits Ferroptosis via Deubiquinating POLR2A in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies USP10 as a novel deubiquitinase that antagonizes ferroptosis in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Mechanistically, USP10 directly stabilizes POLR2A protein through post‐translational deubiquitination, enabling POLR2A‐mediated transcriptional activation of SLC7A11, a key ferroptosis inhibitor.
