In the present study, we have demonstrated that the NUP85‐USP47‐ASK1 signaling pathway may have regulated the progression of liver fibrosis through modulating ERS. Additionally, we have developed a CREKA‐coupled liposome to target delivery of MV, a pharmacological inhibitor of NUP85, to activated HSCs, thereby attenuating liver fibrosis. ABSTRACT Liver

This study elucidates the mechanisms of subcellular multidimensional collapse in exhausted T cells. By specifically targeting the nucleus, mitochondria, and endoplasmic reticulum, strategic interventions can effectively remodel the compromised organelle network. This integrated approach drives comprehensive T cell resuscitation, ultimately establishing

ABSTRACT Background Circular RNA (hsa_circ_0070354), also known as circPTPN13, was demonstrated in our previous study that it can be used as a biomarker for diagnosing non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the mechanism of its role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC has not been investigated.

The graphical abstract follows a top‐to‐bottom flow: stressors → ER–mitochondria crosstalk → ophthalmic diseases. The central panel highlights three core mitochondria‐associated membrane function axes, color‐coded as follows: light yellow for Ca2+ homeostasis, light blue for mitochondrial dynamics, and light red for mitophagy.

Low‐dose hydrogen peroxide priming shapes Manila clam responses to simulated marine heatwaves, which showed faster burrowing behavior, limited transcriptional disruption, and reduced opportunistic microbiota. A long‐term field trial confirms no detectable adverse effects, supporting redox‐based chemical priming as a feasible resilience strategy in ...

IRE1 RNase controls CD95-mediated cell death
Abstract Signalling by the Unfolded Protein Response (UPR) or by the Death Receptors (DR) are frequently activated towards pro-tumoral outputs in cancer. Herein, we demonstrate that the UPR sensor IRE1 controls the expression of the DR CD95/Fas, and its cell death-inducing ability.

Vacuolization as a Novel Approach to Cancer Therapy
This review discusses the novel strategy of inducing vacuole formation in cancer cells using small molecules, that induce nonapoptotic cell death mechanisms, such as paraptosis, oncosis, autophagy, and methuosis, and its potential in overcoming resistance to apoptosis‐based cancer therapies.

Epigenetic Regulation in Cardiovascular Diseases: Mechanisms and Therapeutic Targets
Environmental and lifestyle exposures reshape the cardiovascular epigenome through coordinated regulation of DNA methylation, histone modifications, noncoding RNAs, and RNA methylation (m6A). These multilayered mechanisms drive enhancer‐centered regulatory network remodeling and epigenomic plasticity in cardiovascular diseases, highlighting emerging ...
