VIEW, Volume 7, Issue 2, April 2026.SM, a steroidal alkaloid from Solanum nigrum L. has shown anticancer effect on various kinds of human cancer cells, yet its effect on leukemia cells remains unclear. This study examines antileukemic activities of SM in AML cells. Results indicate SM inhibits growth and promotes apoptosis of AML cells.
