A brain‐targeting multifunctional nanoplatform (DM&Ce6@COF‐Ang) was engineered by employing boron‐enriched APTES‐COF‐1 as both the therapeutic boron agent and the nanocarrier co‐delivery of DMXAA and Ce6. This nanoplatform achieved synergistic tumor‐specific boron delivery, real‐time pharmacokinetic monitoring, and immunomodulation.

Molecular heterogeneity and prognostic biomarkers in primary meningeal melanocytic tumors
Integrated molecular profiling reveals biological heterogeneity among primary meningeal melanocytic tumors, identifying intermediate‐grade PMMT subgroups with distinct recurrence risk. Molecular alterations including SF3B1 mutations and chromosome 8q gains support prognostic stratification, while PRKAR1A alterations and chromosome 17/21q losses aid ...

Leptomeningeal metastasis mimicking temporal arteritis
We report a case of recent onset headache, sudden mono-ocular blindness and a high erythrocyte sedimentation rate as a manifestation of leptomeningeal metastasis from undiagnosed carcinoma of the breast, mimicking temporal arteritis.

Resource level‐based recommendations on practical diagnostic strategies for medulloblastomas and other CNS embryonal tumors are provided. Abstract WHO CNS5 mandates integrated histo‐molecular classification of medulloblastomas (MBs) and other CNS embryonal tumors. However, advanced molecular diagnostics remain inaccessible in many low‐ and lower‐middle‐

A case of metastatic leptomeningeal carcinomatosis from early gastric carcinoma
Metastatic leptomeningeal carcinomatosis is estimated to occur in 3% to 8% of solid carcinomas. The most common causes of leptomeningeal carcinomatosis are breast cancer, lung cancer and malignant melanoma.

Glioblastoma, IDH-wildtype with leptomeningeal metastasis to Meckel’s cave: A case report
Meckel’s cave or the trigeminal cistern is a subarachnoid space near the apex of the petrous portion of the temporal bone and contains cerebrospinal fluid and the Gasserian ganglion, which divides into the ophthalmic (V1), maxillary (V2), and mandibular (

In this study including 31 circumscribed meningeal melanocytic neoplasms (melanocytoma, intermediate‐grade melanocytic tumor [IMT], and melanoma), overall survival (OS) differed significantly among the groups, with melanoma showing significantly worse OS than melanocytoma and IMT showing intermediate OS between melanocytoma and melanoma.

Experimental Treatments for Leptomeningeal Metastases from Solid Malignancies
Background: Leptomeningeal metastasis is a consequence of advanced solid malignancies and has limited treatment options. It is possible that it is becoming more common as the leptomeninges act as a sanctuary site for recurrence from systemic cancer ...
