DataSheet_1_Effect of LncRNA XIST on Immune Cells of Primary Biliary Cholangitis.pdf
ObjectivePrimary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is an autoimmune disease with significant gender difference. X chromosome inactivation (XCI) plays important roles in susceptibility to diseases between genders.

Whether glucocorticoid receptor α (GRα) serves a role in obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) remains unclear. However, it has been reported that GRα expression is decreased in the adenoids of patients with OSAHS. The present study aimed to evaluate the role of GRα in OSAHS and the underlying mechanism.

lncRNA XIST promotes glioma proliferation and metastasis through miR‑133a/SOX4
Glioma is the most common malignant brain tumour in adults, and the aetiology and mechanism of this tumour remain largely unknown. Previous studies have demonstrated that the long non-coding RNA X-inactive specific transcript (XIST) is upregulated in many cancers, and a high expression level of XIST is associated with poor clinical outcome.
