Our experimental evidence supports a model in which ALO targets the HSPA8‐CMA‐ATP6V1A axis to induce lysosomal hyperacidification and initiate osmotic and lipidomic stress. These changes are associated with LMP and loss of lysosomal integrity in prostate cancer cells.

A DLN dataset was built to analyze MABS composition versus in vitro/in vivo osteogenesis and angiogenesis. An MLP neural network, taking BG morphological parameters as input, extracts bioactive features from these datasets. A rabbit tibial defect model then validates 4D‐printed MABS for adaptability and bone regeneration in critical defects.

Efficient Adsorption‐Based Direct Air Capture Via Triply Periodic Minimal Surface Architectures
Architected triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) contactors reshape direct air capture by replacing straight‐channel diffusion limits with convection‐enhanced CO2 transport. Chaotic advection thins boundary layers and exposes fast adsorption sites, enabling 70%–75% more fast sites, 114% higher productivity, and 51.8% lower energy consumption than ...

MOOC Learners’ Engagement with Two Variants of Virtual Patients: A Randomised Trial
Introduction: Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are an increasingly popular form of education in health professional education. VPs have been introduced in MOOCs to increase interactivity. There is a lack of research in understanding the reasons behind

Transposable Element–Driven PIEZO Mutation Enhances Locust Flight in Plateau Hypoxia
Why transposable elements (TEs) persisted or expanded in genomes remains a mystery. Using integrated analysis of TE macro‐ and microevolution in locusts, our results showed that thousands of TE insertions promoted widespread adaptive variation. Subfamilies of candidate adaptive TEs amplified and reshaped species‐level genomic architecture.

Communication patterns in massively open online courses
Abstract Despite the hype and speculation about the role massively open online courses (MOOCs) may play in higher education, empirical research that explores the realities of interacting and learning in MOOCs is in its infancy. MOOCs have evolved from previous incarnations of online learning but are distinguished in their global reach and semi ...

Pattern‐dependent etching is converted into a physical prior for intelligent reconstruction of high‐aspect‐ratio silicon structures. Combining YOLO‐Pose feature extraction with a topography network, the framework retrieves depth, sidewall angle, and scallop texture from minimal destructive observations, enabling accurate cross‐scale metrology and near ...
