Integration of model reference adaptive control (MRAC) with PX4 firmware for quadcopters
2017 24th International Conference on Mechatronics and Machine Vision in Practice (M2VIP), 2017Standard control laws have unique parameters that yield a certain response according to which model they are implemented on. Changes in the model will result in changes in the response, yielding the need for new ideal parameters. Adaptive controllers have the advantage of reducing the number of control parameters to be chosen by the pilot.

Model reference adaptive control (MRAC) without integral for glycerin bleaching process
2014 IEEE 10th International Colloquium on Signal Processing and its Applications, 2014This paper presents the design of a model reference adaptive control (MRAC) for regulating temperature for glycerin bleaching process. Two well known MRAC designs which are MIT and Lyapunov approach are considered. The model of the system is developed based on Auto-Regressive with Exogenous Input (ARX) model.

This paper presents the potential of the Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) and Proportional-Integral (PI) controller in improving the tracking performance and transient response of XY Table Ball Screw Driven System. The technique used to design MRAC controller is based on Lyapunov approach that is taken to account the stability of the system ...

This paper investigates the feasibility of direct model reference adaptive control (MRAC) scheme for the vibration suppression of a smart flexible beam. Direct model reference adaptive controller whose parameters are updated directly from the Lyapunov-based adaptive laws is developed. The adaptive laws for updating the controller parameters are derived

Accurate Sub-Millimeter Servo-Pneumatic Tracking using Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC)
International Journal of Fluid Power, 2010A model reference adaptive controller (MRAC) for compensating friction and payload uncertainties in a servopneumatic actuation system is presented in this paper. A friction model combining viscous and Coulomb friction is formulated within the framework of an adaptive controller.
