Physical properties of the chan seeds were determined and correlated with each other. The Pearson correlation coefficient determined the relationship between the parameters studied. This study developed purslane seed oil–tarragon essential oil (PO–TE) nanocapsules using gum Arabic (GA) and whey protein isolate (WPI) as wall materials. The co‐encapsulation significantly enhanced oxidative stability, antimicrobial activity, and polyunsaturated fatty acid retention in beef burgers during refrigerated storage.

为挖掘鱿鱼内脏脂质的营养价值,采用超声辅助溶剂法提取4种不同来源〔阿根廷、北太平洋(北太)、赤道和秘鲁〕鱿鱼内脏中油脂,采用固相萃取、专一性酶解和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)等技术,分析不同鱿鱼内脏油甘油三酯和甘油磷脂的脂肪酸组成及其在甘油骨架上位置分布。结果表明:4种鱿鱼内脏油甘油三酯中共检出42种脂肪酸,包括18种饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、9种单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和15种多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA),SFA、MUFA和PUFA在甘油三酯中的含量分别为31.79%~33.24%、32.99%~35.

Bird embryos develop inside eggs, which contain maternal substances that can shape offspring phenotype and fitness. Yolk fatty acids are a key energy source for the developing embryo, with omega‐6 (ω‐6) and omega‐3 (ω‐3) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) obtained exclusively from the diet.
