Zhongguo youzhi为挖掘鱿鱼内脏脂质的营养价值，采用超声辅助溶剂法提取4种不同来源〔阿根廷、北太平洋（北太）、赤道和秘鲁〕鱿鱼内脏中油脂，采用固相萃取、专一性酶解和气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）等技术，分析不同鱿鱼内脏油甘油三酯和甘油磷脂的脂肪酸组成及其在甘油骨架上位置分布。结果表明：4种鱿鱼内脏油甘油三酯中共检出42种脂肪酸，包括18种饱和脂肪酸（SFA）、9种单不饱和脂肪酸（MUFA）和15种多不饱和脂肪酸（PUFA）,SFA、MUFA和PUFA在甘油三酯中的含量分别为31.79%~33.24%、32.99%~35.
