We developed an assay to distinguish cellular binding from internalization. Compatible with microscopy and high‐throughput screening, the method identifies ligand‐mediated uptake. Applying top candidates to a protein‐based DNA carrier enhanced transfection efficiency, providing a rational strategy to improve non‐viral gene delivery systems.

Dietary fiber (DF) modulates meat quality through the gut‐muscle axis by reshaping gut microbiota, improving intestinal integrity, reducing inflammation, and regulating muscle metabolism. These mechanisms influence muscle fiber characteristics and post‐mortem biochemistry, thereby enhancing tenderness, juiciness, color, flavor, and nutritional value of

Morphological comparison of myoblast and myotube nuclei.
Nuclei of differentiated myotubes have been characterised by a smaller volume (A) and increased flattening (B) compared to proliferating myoblasts.

Graphene Foam as a Three-Dimensional Platform for Myotube Growth
This study demonstrates the growth and differentiation of C2C12 myoblasts into functional myotubes on three-dimensional graphene foam bioscaffolds. Specifically, we establish both bare and laminin-coated graphene foam as a biocompatible platform for ...

Morphology-Based Analysis of Myoblasts for Prediction of Myotube Formation [PDF]
The development of new drugs depends on the efficiency of drug screening. Phenotype-based screening has attracted interest due to its considerable potency for the discovery of first-in-class drugs. In general, fluorescently labeled imagery is the leading

Objective Rheumatoid sarcopenia, characterized by the progressive loss of skeletal muscle mass and function, is a frequent comorbidity in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), linked to prolonged, severe systemic inflammation. Purinergic signaling (adenosine, AMP, and ATP) plays a crucial role in inflammation, myogenesis, and muscle hypertrophy.
