N-Nitrosodimethylamine. Biodegradation [PDF]
Abstract : N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) is biodegraded by microorganisms under certain conditions. In batch aqueous and soil studies the initial rates of mineralization increase with increasing concentration of NDMA, (ppt to ppm) however, the total percent or extent of mineralization decreases with increasing initial concentration.

Survey of N-Nitrosamine Contamination and Risk Assessment of N-Nitrosodimethylamine in Dried Aquatic Products [PDF]
Objective: This study investigated the levels of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) and eight other N-nitrosamines in dried aquatic products, with a primary focus on assessing the carcinogenic risk of NDMA due to its significant carcinogenicity and dominance ...

Determination of dietary exposure and extraction efficiency of nitrosamine from cooked meat
Meat products are claimed to be a source of carcinogenic nitrosamines (NAs) exposure in food. In this study, dietary exposure of six nitrosamines: N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), N-nitrosodiethylamine (NDEA), N-nitrosopyrrolidine (NPYR), N ...
