目的研究大鼠急性青光眼模型中neuroglobin（NGB）的表达变化。方法制备大鼠急性青光眼模型,采用RT-PCR技术动态观察不同缺血时间点NGB mRNA水平变化,并对数据进行分析。结果视网膜缺血1 min,neuroglobinmRNA表达迅速上升,5 min时neuroglobin mRNA表达保持在高水平,到10 min时达高峰,缺血20 min表达已下降,但仍高于正常水平;此后缺血30 min、60 min时neuroglobin mRNA均保持在较低水平,且低于正常水平 ...
