Synthesis of Bumetanide derivatives and their effects on NKCC1

Das Hauptziel dieser Diplomarbeit war es, Bumetanid (BTN)-Derivate herzustellen. Die neu gewonnenen Derivate sollten die Blut-Hirn-Schranke besser durchdringen als Bumetanid. Es ist bekannt, dass BTN aufgrund seiner Pharmakokinetik die Bluthirnschranke nur zu 1-2% passiert. Bis zu 98% von BTN sind im Plasma gebunden.
