ABSTRACT Background This umbrella review summarizes evidence from systematic reviews and meta‐analyses on the efficacy and safety of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in hematologic malignancies. To our knowledge, this is the first umbrella review to comprehensively evaluate ICIs across multiple hematologic cancers.
