Low‐Coordination Solvation Engineering Enables Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells
This work introduces a kind of low‐coordination solvent, dimethyl carbonate (DMC), to replace a part of DMSO and DMF. DMC substitutes a part of DMSO to coordinate with PbI2 to change the chemical environment of PbI2. What is more, DMC promotes the formation of the nucleation of α‐FAPbI3 crystals.

Immunological Interactions Between Gammadelta T Cells and West Nile Virus in the Infected Host
ABSTRACT Between mosquitoes and birds, West Nile virus (WNV) is a neurotropic flavivirus, an arthropod‐borne pathogen involved in an enzootic cycle. Additionally, it can infect both people and horses, leading to severe illness. Since 1999, WNV has spread across North and South America, including Mexico and the Caribbean.

What's new? Oncolytic viruses are a promising immunotherapeutic approach against many malignancies. However, it is unclear whether repeated doses have improved therapeutic value or may trigger greater side effects, especially in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma whose liver is chronically damaged.

The surveillance of viral infections by the unconventional Type I NKT cell
Type I NKT cells, also known as Invariant Natural Killer T (iNKT) cells, are a subpopulation of unconventional, innate-like T (ILT) cells which can proficiently influence downstream immune effector functions.

Translational Control of NKT Cell Cytokine Production by p38 MAPK
NKT cells are known to rapidly produce a large amount of cytokines upon activation. Although a number of signaling pathways that regulate the development of NKT cells have been identified, the signaling pathways involved in the regulation of NKT cell ...

Improved Systemic Immunochemotherapy Employing an Oxaliplatin‐TLR7/8 Agonist Prodrug Strategy
A platinum(IV) prodrug is developed to systemically deliver the TLR7/8 agonist gardiquimod. Tumor‐targeting is mediated by an albumin‐binding maleimide, which limits premature complex activation. Ox‐Gardi‐Mal accumulates specifically in the tumor, where it activates the immune system.

IFN-γ-dependent regulation of intestinal epithelial homeostasis by NKT cells
Summary: Intestinal homeostasis is maintained through the combined functions of epithelial and immune cells that collaborate to preserve the integrity of the intestinal barrier. However, the mechanisms by which immune cell populations regulate intestinal

Genetic control of NKT cell number
NKT cells play a critical role in shaping the character and strength of a wide range of immune responses, including those against pathogens, tumours, allografts and autologous tissues. Because numbers of NKT cells affect clinical outcomes in a wide range

This study proposes a flexible MnO2‐P‐ICG nanofiber patch for laparoscopic treatment of liver tumors. The patch alleviates tumor hypoxia and induces photodynamic therapy (PDT) triggered immunogenic cell death, thereby activating the cGAS‐STING pathway and, in synergy with pachymaran, promoting NK cell–mediated innate immunity. This synergistic strategy
