The somatic co-evolution of tumors and the cellular immune responses that combat them drives the diversity of immune-tumor interactions. This includes tumor mutations that generate neo-antigenic epitopes that elicit cytotoxic T-cell activity and ...

A snap‐top delivery nanosystem based on an azobenzene metal–organic framework achieves targeted release of 6‐mercaptopurine via acid‐stable frameworks and hypoxia/pH dual‐responsive β‐cyclodextrin gates. This multifunctional platform integrates three synergistic mechanisms: precision drug delivery to inflammatory sites, intrinsic antioxidant properties

ABSTRACT Platelet transfusions to treat bleeding complications use donor‐derived platelets stored at room‐temperature, that have a shelf‐life of only 5–7 days due to bacterial contamination risks. Cold‐stored and freeze‐dried platelets are being investigated for extending shelf‐life, but these still have the inherent challenge of donor‐dependency.

Dynamic relaxation of SU(2) lattice gauge theory in (3+1) dimensions [PDF]
We investigate the dynamic relaxation for SU(2) gauge theory at finite temperatures in (3+1) dimensions. Using the Hybrid Monte Carlo algorithm, we examine the time dependence of the system in the short-time regime.

Nonsense-Mediated RNA Decay Influences Human Embryonic Stem Cell Fate
Summary: Nonsense-mediated RNA decay (NMD) is a highly conserved pathway that selectively degrades specific subsets of RNA transcripts. Here, we provide evidence that NMD regulates early human developmental cell fate. We found that NMD factors tend to be

ABSTRACT Blood‐based liquid biopsies hold transformative potential for non‐invasive cancer management, but current approaches relying on rare circulating tumor components limit their broad clinical utility. Platelets, abundant in blood and mediating diverse cancer‐associated responses, represent a compelling yet largely unexplored alternative.

This paper presents the deformable attention multiscale feature fusion network‐dehaze adaptive image dehazing network, which integrates three core modules (revised residual shrinkage unit, multiscale attention, cross‐scale feature fusion). It incorporates deformable convolution and multiscale attention mechanisms to address the detail loss issue of ...

ABSTRACT The Homologous Recombination Factor With OB‐Fold (HROB) plays a role in homologous recombination and DNA replication, where it enhances the MCM8‐MCM9 helicase complex activity. Recent findings link biallelic germline HROB variants to primary gonadal insufficiency (hypergonadotropic hypogonadism), a phenotype also associated with MCM8/MCM9 ...

Multiple transcripts from a 3'-UTR reporter vary in sensitivity to nonsense-mediated mRNA decay in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. [PDF]
Nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD) causes accelerated transcript degradation when a premature translation termination codon disrupts the open reading frame (ORF).
