A multi-fin normally-off β-Ga2O3 vertical transistor with a breakdown voltage exceeding 10 kV
We demonstrated a multi-fin normally-off β -Ga _2 O _3 vertical transistor with a breakdown voltage exceeding 10 kV, a specific on-resistance of 289 mΩ·cm ^2 , and a power figure-of-merit of 0.35 GW cm ^−2 .

A hydrogen-terminated diamond (H-diamond) Field effect transistor (FET) with a ferroelectric HfZrOx/Al2O3 stacked gate dielectric was demonstrated for the first time. The HfZrOx(16 nm)/Al2O3(4 nm) gate dielectric was grown by atomic layer deposition (ALD)

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

Normally-Off Hybrid Al2O3/GaN MOSFET on Silicon Substrate Based on Wet-Etching [PDF]
This paper reports a normally-off high voltage hybrid Al203/GaN gate-recessed MOSFET fabricated on silicon substrate. The normally off operation was implemented by digital gate recess using an oxidation and wet etching based AlGaN barrier remove ...

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Implications of the interface effects in the normally-off type GaAs MESFETs [PDF]
The variations of I- V characteristics under substrate bias are compared for normally-on and normally-off type planar GaAs-MESFETs with long-channel. The experimental results are interpreted by superimposing to the Schottky gate space-charge region both ...
