Cloning of Rat Parkin cDNA and Distribution of Parkin in Rat Brain [PDF]

Abstract: The rat parkin cDNA sequence was characterized after screening a rat hypothalamus cDNA library with a 32P‐labeled probe containing the entire open reading frame of the human parkin cDNA. This sequence encompasses 1,576 bp and contains a single open reading frame that encodes a 465‐amino acid protein.

Study on the Reaction Mechanism of RuOx and Its Enhanced Hydrogen Evolution Reaction Activity

In situ Raman spectroscopy and DFT calculations reveal that, prior to the onset of HER, the surface of RuOx undergoes reversible reduction and structural reconstruction. The resulting Ru(II)O/Ru(IV)O2 configuration is identified as the true catalytically active species.

Inhalable ROS‐Responsive Nanospray Activates PPAR‐γ to Restore Macrophage Mitochondrial Homeostasis and Attenuate Radiation‐Induced Lung Injury

A nebulized nanoassembly alleviates radiation‐induced lung injury by reprogramming macrophages through coordinated ROS scavenging, NAD+ replenishment, and PPAR‐γ activation. Redox balance, mitochondrial homeostasis, and immune regulation are restored, revealing a microenvironment‐centered strategy for localized radioprotection.
