Bottom‐Up Programming of Cell States in Cancer Organoids with Defined Synthetic Adhesion Cues
A bottom‐up biomaterial platform is developed to program transcriptomic states in pancreatic cancer organoids by tuning adhesion cues within synthetic matrices. By combining a Design of Experiments framework with multiobjective optimization, matrix compositions are identified that enrich specific cellular programs like EMT.

Applications and perspectives of metastatic colorectal cancer organoids [PDF]
Currently, colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most malignancies in the world, with high rates of morbidity and mortality. More than 50% of patients will eventually develop tumor metastasis, and patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) are not

A systematic review of patient-derived tumor organoids generation from malignant effusions
This review assesses the possibility of utilizing malignant effusions (MEs) for generating patient-derived tumor organoids (PDTOs). Obtained through minimally invasive procedures MEs broaden the spectrum of organoid sources beyond resection specimens and tissue biopsies.

Ovarian Matrisome Dynamics and αvβ3‐Mediated Regulation in Early Follicular Development
The matrisome undergoes dynamic remodeling during early follicular development. Integrin αvβ3 mediates matrisome signals, regulating primordial follicle activation/atresia and secondary follicle growth via Hippo/mTOR pathways, with conserved roles in human ovaries, offering therapeutic targets for ovarian disorders.

A deep-learning model for characterizing tumor heterogeneity using patient-derived organoids
Genotypic and phenotypic diversity, which generates heterogeneity during disease evolution, is common in cancer. The identification of features specific to each patient and tumor is central to the development of precision medicine and preclinical studies for cancer treatment.

We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.
