DeArbol and Capsicum frutescens var. Hot Siberian, respectively. Three age groups, (i) very young, (ii) medium age, and (iii) older fruits, were studied.

Food Chemistry, 1984Abstract The proximate composition, as well as some mineral, vitamin and anti-nutritional constituents in unripe and ripe fruits of Dennettia tripatela have been investigated. Moisture in the flesh of the fruit varied narrowly, ranging between 81% in the unripe and 82% in the ripe.
