Micrometer‐scale tPA beads amplify plasmin generation for enhanced thrombolytic therapy
Rapid restoration of blood flow is critical in treating acute ischemic stroke. Current thrombolytic therapies using tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) are limited by low recanalization rates and risks of off‐target bleeding.
