Breaking Down Barriers: CorA Effectively Targets Staphylococcal Biofilms in Vitro and in Vivo
ChemMedChem, Volume 21, Issue 7, 14 April 2026.Corallopyronin A (CorA), a natural alpha‐pyrone antibiotic, penetrates Staphylococcus aureus biofilms and inhibits RNA polymerase.
