The Synthesis of Quinoxaline Derivatives
Nippon kagaku zassi, 1961 α-ケトグルタル酸ジエチルに ο-フェニレンジアミンを作用させて得られるβ-(3-オキシ-2-キノキサリル)プロピオン酸エチルを,オキシ塩化リンにより閉環して, 1-エトキシ-4-クロル-3a,9b-ジヒドロピロロ[1.2-a]キノキサリン(VII)を合成し,VIIから 1-エトキシ-3a,9b-ジヒドロピロロ[1.2-a]キノキサリンおよび6-エトキシ-3a,3b,6a,10b-テトラヒドロ-1,2,4-トリアゾロ[4.3-a]ピロロ[2.1-c]キノキサリンを得た。β-プロム-α-ケトグルタル酸ジエチルとο-フェニレンジアミンから,β-ブロム-β-(3-オキシ-2-キノキサリル)プロピオン酸エチルを経由して,trans-β-(2-キノキサリル)アクリル酸誘導体を合成した。

Photochemistry of Aromatic N‐Oxides in Water Probed by Time‐Resolved X‐ray Absorption Spectroscopy
Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Time‐resolved XAS at the nitrogen and oxygen K‐edges is applied to the photorearrangement of two N‐oxides in water. Pyridine N‐oxide rapidly forms the oxaziridine isomer. Pyridazine N‐oxide undergoes ring opening to the diazo compound, without any evidence of intermediates.
