Antitumor studies. Part 4: Design, synthesis, antitumor activity, and molecular docking study of novel 2-substituted 2-deoxoflavin-5-oxides, 2-deoxoalloxazine-5-oxides, and their 5-deaza analogs [PDF]
Various novel 10-alkyl-2-deoxo-2-methylthioflavin-5-oxides and their 2-alkylamino derivatives were prepared by facile nitrosative cyclization of 6-(N-alkylanilino)-2-methylthiopyrimidin-4(3H)-ones followed by nucleophilic replacement of the 2-methylthio ...

Synthesis and Reactions of Quinoxaline Derivatives [PDF]
Abstract Reaction of 3-methyl-2(1H)quinoxalinone (1) with alkyl, benzyl, and arenesulfonyl halides in the presence of K2CO3 in dry acetone gave 1-substituted 3-methyl-2(1H)-quinoxalinones (2a–g). However 1 reacts with benzoyl chloride under the same conditions to give 3-methyl-2-quinoxalinyl benzoate, while it reacts with P2S5 in dry ...

Bromination of quinoxaline and derivatives: Effective synthesis of some new brominated quinoxalines
Abstract The synthesis of brominated quinoxaline derivatives starting from several kinds of quinoxaline by different bromination strategies was studied. First the synthesis of some brominated quinoxalines was accomplished along with the development of an alternative and effective synthesis of some known compounds.

We report a high‐dipole interlayer, MQPPO, that simultaneously improves efficiency and stability in perovskite solar cells. Its strong interfacial dipole enhances photovoltaic performance, while its uniform coverage and strong interaction with Ag effectively suppress AgI formation, ensuring long‐term stability under moisture and thermal stress.

A phosphorescent dye was designed to fit in a hand‐to‐glove fashion into the 1D‐pore channels of MIL‐68(In). We synthesized MIL‐68(In) as powder and thin films, loaded the dye into the pores with controlled packing, and found that the phosphorescence and quantum yield are enhanced.
