Three‐Dimensional Visualization of Remdesivir and the SARS‐CoV‐2 RdRp
The SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes the COVID-19 disease, has been a focus of concern around the world, setting records as a modern-day pandemic. The Center for Disease Control has confirmed over 86 million cases in the world with over 1.9 million confirmed deaths as of January 5, 2021. SARS-CoV-2 continues to be a serious threat to global public health,

Continuous Flow Block Copolymer Nanoaggregate Synthesis and Their Flow Dialysis Purification
This work details the methodology for the synthesis of block copolymer nanoparticles through continuous flow self‐assembly and purification via flow dialysis. Nanoaggregates are formed by mixing block copolymer solutions in THF with water, followed by dialysis to eliminate excess solvent.

Protein-ligand interaction study to identify potential dietary compounds binding at the active site of therapeutic target proteins of SARS-CoV-2 [PDF]
Objective: Total 186 biologically important phenylpropanoids and polyketides compounds from different Indian medicinal plants and dietary sources were screened to filter potential compounds that bind at the active site of the therapeutic target proteins of SARS-CoV-2.

Interaction between Hantavirus Nucleocapsid Protein (N) and RNA-Dependent RNA Polymerase (RdRp) Mutants Reveals the Requirement of an N-RdRp Interaction for Viral RNA Synthesis [PDF]
ABSTRACT Viral ribonucleocapsids harboring the viral genomic RNA are used as the template for viral mRNA synthesis and replication of the viral genome by viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp). Here we show that hantavirus nucleocapsid protein (N protein) interacts with RdRp in virus-infected cells. We mapped the RdRp binding domain at the

Silver Nanoparticle‐Mediated Antiviral Efficacy against Enveloped Viruses: A Comprehensive Review
Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) exhibit broad‐spectrum antiviral activity by targeting key viral structures and processes. They disrupt viral envelopes, compromising integrity, and bind to nucleocapsids, impairing viral replication. AgNPs also inhibit glycoprotein interactions, preventing viral attachment and entry into host cells.

Insight Into the Interaction Between RNA Polymerase and VPg for Murine Norovirus Replication
Norovirus (NoV) is a leading cause of epidemic acute non-bacterial gastroenteritis, and replicates through virion protein genome-linked (VPg)-primed or de novo RNA synthesis by RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp).
