This review summarizes the immuno‐inflammatory mechanisms driving the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis (OA), extending beyond the traditional view of OA as a purely degenerative disease to incorporate immune cell infiltration, inflammatory factor release, and the formation of a chronic low‐grade inflammatory microenvironment.

Type 1 diabetes (T1D) results from the autoimmune destruction of insulin-producing beta-cells in the pancreas. Recruitment of inflammatory cells is prerequisite to beta-cell-injury.

We propose mild‐MHT protocol for the quick internalization of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) by immune cells. The heat induced by MNPs under alternating magnetic field stimulate MNPs diffusion and cell membrane invagination, accelerating the cellular internalization of MNPs. ABSTRACT Immune cell therapies show promise in hematologic malignancies and are

ABSTRACT Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)‐driven alterations in the immune system can induce immune‐related adverse events (irAEs). Cutaneous irAEs are notable for being the most common and for their early onset; however, the risk factors underlying their development and severity remain unclear. In this study, we retrospectively analyzed 1224 Japanese

Chemokine receptors, CCR4 and CXCR3, found on T cells, are implicated in the inflammatory response in the skin, joint and lymph nodes (LNs), but whether they mediate T cell recruitment is unclear. Therefore, I examined the contribution of CCR4 and CXCR3

IL‐10 producing CCR6+Th‐cells are central memory T‐cells that express ROR‐γt and differentiate to Th17‐cells via an autocrine loop of STAT3‐activating cytokines (preTh17). STAT3‐deficient AD‐HIES patients lack Th17‐ and Tfh17‐cells but retain preTh17‐ and Th1/17‐cells.

CXCR 3 Expression on Cord Blood CD 4^+ T Cells and NK Cells

CXCR3 is involved in tubulointerstitial injury in human glomerulonephritis
Chemokines play pivotal roles in the recruitment of inflammatory cells into the kidney. The chemokine receptors CXCR3 and CCR5 are expressed on activated T lymphocytes, and expression of CXCR3 by mesangial cells has been suggested.
