Lupus Panniculitis Immunoprofiling Reveals a Cytotoxic, Type 1‐Skewed T‐Cell Response With Signs of Metabolic Alteration
Allergy, EarlyView.Imaging mass cytometry shows lupus panniculitis lesions are dominated by cytotoxic and skin‐homing T cells with abundant macrophages and B‐cell aggregates. Spatial neighborhood analysis reveals organized leukocyte architecture, including B‐cell proximity to naïve T cells and M1 macrophages to cytotoxic T cells.Milad Ameri, Reihane Ziadlou, Stephan Traidl, Milena Sokolowska, Emmanuel Contassot, Nick Li, Maija Kiuru, Isabel Kolm, Werner Kempf, Emanual Maverakis, Cezmi Akdis, Marie‐Charlotte Brüggen +11 morewiley +1 more sourceCXCL10 and CXCR3 in the Trigeminal Ganglion Contribute to Trigeminal Neuropathic Pain in Mice

Allergy, EarlyView.Human Tc2 cells exhibit a metabolically active phenotype characterized by enhanced glycolysis, mitochondrial respiration, and fatty acid uptake dependent on PPARγ. Alarmins strongly amplify IL‐5 and IL‐13 production in Tc2 cells, supporting a shared immunometabolic program across type 2 lymphocytes.Sabrina de Souza Ferreira, Lisa Holla, Sophia Björkander, Marie Kaarup Bek, Lorenz Wirth, Patrick A. Allergy, EarlyView.Longer asthma duration is associated with increased airway non‐T2 inflammation and reduced airway and systemic T2 inflammation. Sputum CXCL9 is independently associated with duration and may predict a reduced poor response to anti‐IL‐4Rα therapy. Airway sampling and combined T2 and non‐T2 targeted strategies may be needed in long‐standing asthma. CXCL9,Freda Yang, Sujin Seo, Takehiro Hasegawa, Chloe I.
