Abstract Background Myocyte enhancer factor 2 transcription factors regulate essential transcriptional programs in various cell types. The activity of myocyte enhancer factor 2 factors is modulated through interactions with cofactors, chromatin remodelers, and other regulatory proteins, which are dependent on cell context and physiological state.

Tumor‐Derived Exosomal piR‐hsa‐28212 Promotes Lymphatic Metastasis in Breast Cancer
Breast cancer–derived exosomal piR‐hsa‐28212 promotes lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis by activating VEGFC/VEGFR3 signaling. It stabilizes TBX1 mRNA in lymphatic endothelial cells and METTL3 protein in tumor cells, enhancing VEGFR3 expression and VEGFC secretion.

MEN1 Deficiency Drives Lung Cancer Progression via Activation of MMP10‐Mediated Angiogenesis
MEN1 deficiency promotes JunD‐mediated upregulation of MMP10 expression, which cleaves pro‐HB‐EGF and activates endothelial EGFR. This triggers the PI3K/Akt and MEK/ERK signaling pathways, thereby driving angiogenesis and tumor progression. MMP10 inhibitor treatment blocks this cleavage, suppresses EGFR signaling, and thereby delays malignant ...

Abstract Parenteral iron is widely prescribed by medical practitioners, with more than 600 000 outpatient prescriptions dispensed in 2025 through the Australian Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. While intravenous iron has transformed the management of iron deficiency, hypophosphataemia is now recognised as a common complication, with incidences reported ...

Lower density of calretinin‐immunopositive neurons in the putamen of subjects with schizophrenia
Recent neuroimaging and histological studies highlight the striatum as a key area involved in SCH, but the specific impairment of neuronal subtypes in subcortical structures is not fully understood. This study is the first detailed investigation of neuroanatomical changes in the putamen in SCH, specifically examining the density of calretinin ...
