Triphala Targets the SLC7A11–GSH–GPX4 Axis to Trigger Ferroptosis in Oral Cancer: An Integrated Network Pharmacology, Molecular Docking, and Experimental Validation Study

open access: yesChemical Biology &Drug Design, Volume 108, Issue 2, August 2026.
Triphala targets ferroptosis‐related pathways in oral cancer through multi‐compound, multi‐target interactions identified by network pharmacology and molecular docking. In CAL‐27 cells, Triphala suppresses the GPX4/SLC7A11 axis, promotes iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation, and supports an eight‐gene prognostic signature.

Gut‐Derived Sodium Butyrate Attenuates Liver Fibrosis by Inhibiting Aerobic Glycolysis via the HDAC3/c‐Myc Signaling Axis

open access: yesThe FASEB Journal, Volume 40, Issue 14, 31 July 2026.
This study explores the molecular mechanisms by which NaB ameliorates liver fibrosis from the perspectives of the gut–liver axis and metabolic reprogramming. In vivo and in vitro experiments demonstrate that gut‐derived NaB may alleviate liver injury and fibrosis by inhibiting hepatic stellate cell activation and aerobic glycolysis through the HDAC3/c ...
