FUS Selectively Facilitates circRNAs Packing into Small Extracellular Vesicles within Hypoxia Neuron
This study aimed to unravel the role of FUS in the loading of functional circRNAs into neuronal sEVs under hypoxic conditions, which involves their aggregations in SGs and specific interaction between the FUS Zf_RanBP domain to regulate circRNA sorting in sEVs.

Tumour Suppressor Function of RNase L in A Mouse Model [PDF]
RNase L is one of the key enzymes involved in the molecular mechanisms of interferon (IFN) actions. Upon binding with its activator, 5′-phosphorylated, 2′-5′ oligoadenylates (2-5A), RNase L plays an important role in the antiviral and anti-proliferative ...

The Morphological, Behavioral, and Transcriptomic Life Cycle of Anthrobots
DNA is thought to determine shape, behavior, and lifespan, with developmental plasticity reserved for stem cells, embryos, and species like amphibia. How much morphogenetic plasticity do adult somatic human cells exhibit? Anthrobots are a self‐organizing, motile synthetic living construct made of genetically normal human epithelial cells.

IncRNA‐ZFAS1, an Emerging Gate‐Keeper in DNA Damage‐Dependent Transcriptional Regulation
LncZFAS1 plays a crucial role during DNA damage response in mammalian cells. Loss of lncZFAS1 results in deficient DNA lesion removal and reduced cell viability. Mechanistically, lncZFAS1 modulates RNAPII phosphorylation and transcription and thereby promotes both GG‐NER and TC‐NER upon UV damage.
