Confirmation of the Double Charm Baryon Xi_cc+ via its Decay to p D+ K- [PDF]
We observes a signal for the double charm baryon Xi_cc+ in the charged decay mode Xi_cc+ -> p D+ K- to complement the previously reported decay Xi_cc+ -> Lambda_c K- pi+ in data from SELEX, the charm hadro-production experiment (E781) at Fermilab.

Principle of Emulsion PCR and Its Applications in Biotechnology
Emulsion polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is performed on compartmentalized DNA, allowing a large number of PCR reactions to be carried out in parallel. Emulsion PCR has unique advantages in DNA amplification.

Towards an Understanding of the New Charm and Charm-Strange Mesons [PDF]
The observation of the D_{sJ}^*(2317), D_{sJ}(2460), and SELEX D^*_{sJ}(2632) states with properties differing considerably from what was expected has led to a renewed interest in hadron spectroscopy.

Multi-Output Power Converter, Operated from a Regulated Input Bus, for the Sireus Rate Sensor
This paper describes a DC to DC converter designed to meet the power supply requirements of the SiREUS Coarse Rate Sensor (CRS) which is a 3-axis MEMS Rate Sensor (MRS) that uses a resonating ring gyro and will be used in different ESA missions.

FSBC: fast string-based clustering for HT-SELEX data
Background The combination of systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX) and deep sequencing is termed high-throughput (HT)-SELEX, which enables searching aptamer candidates from a massive amount of oligonucleotide sequences.

Combined aptamer and transcriptome sequencing of single cells. [PDF]
The transcriptome and proteome encode distinct information that is important for characterizing heterogeneous biological systems. We demonstrate a method to simultaneously characterize the transcriptomes and proteomes of single cells at high throughput ...

Measurement of the Ds lifetime [PDF]
We report precise measurement of the Ds meson lifetime. The data were taken by the SELEX experiment (E781) spectrometer using 600 GeV/c Sigma-, pi- and p beams. The measurement has been done using 918 reconstructed Ds.
