MTRAP and Semaphorin-7A interact via their TSR and Sema domains.
(A) Expression of individual domains of MTRAP and Semaphorin-7A. Schematics of the MTRAP ligand and Semaphorin-7A receptor as they would appear in the membrane are shown on the left with individual domains labelled plus a signal peptide (black box).

Gastric cancer‐derived exosomal TAGLN2 is identified as a key mediator of vascular reprogramming, with significantly elevated levels detected in patient serum. Independent of canonical SEMA4D signaling, it nucleates a cytoplasmic TAGLN2/NRP1/SEMA4D ternary complex that dually activates YAP, promoting angiogenesis, vascular dysfunction, and metastasis ...

Naturally-occurring variants in Semaphorin-7A do not affect MTRAP binding.
(A) Representation of the dimeric Semaphorin-7A crystal structure showing the locations of the known naturally-occurring variants (PDB accession code 3NVQ [39]). The Ig-like domain is shown in yellow, the PSI domain in blue and the Sema domain in green. (

Interventions reduce activation of caspase 9 and semaphorin 7a expression in aged canine brains.
a) Active caspase 9 immunohistochemical staining in frontal cortices of aged dogs treated with AOX and/or ENR interventions showed significant reduction in expression of active caspase 9 in the AOX and combined treatment groups ...

Evaluating Protein Enrichment Methods to Improve Biomarker Discovery in Equine Cerebrospinal Fluid
Here, we compared two protein enrichment methods—ProteoMiner Small‐Capacity and PreOmics Enrich‐iST—for proteomic analysis of equine cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). PreOmics Enrich‐iST achieved superior depletion of high‐abundance proteins and identified a greater number of low‐abundance, neuropathology‐relevant proteins than ProteoMiner or native digestion.
