Targeting Delivery of Cyanidin‐Loaded With Ti3C2 Nanosheets for Alleviating Vascular Calcification in Chronic Kidney Disease

Vascular calcification significantly elevates cardiovascular risk in CKD patients, yet no effective therapies exist to halt its progression. We developed a dual targeting nanoplatform Ti3C2/RANKL/OCN/Cyanidin (TROC) for the targeted delivery of cyanidin against vascular calcification.

Targeting the SIRT1‐NAT10‐GABABR1 Axis: A Novel Epitranscriptomic Approach to Mitigate Sevoflurane‐Induced Cognitive Impairment in Aging

CNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 2, February 2026.
The study reveals that NAT10 enhances GABABR1 mRNA stability via ac4A modification, leading to excessive inhibitory synaptic activation. In aged rats, sevoflurane contributes to cognitive impairment by inhibiting Sirt1 and neuronal autophagy, which subsequently disrupts energy metabolism.
