Solid-Phase Synthesis of Acridine−Peptide Conjugates and Their Analysis by Tandem Mass Spectrometry
A novel and high-yielding synthesis of 9-anilinoacridine-4-carboxylic acid is reported. This acid has been used in the solid-phase synthesis of a small combinatorial library of acridine−peptide conjugates.

Development of Nanoflare Nanosensors for Monitoring Cellular Insulin mRNA in Beta Cells and Islets
This study presents the design and application of In2‐NF probes for detecting insulin mRNA in beta cells and islets. Using spherical nucleic acid‐coated gold nanoparticles, the probes offer strong fluorescent signals upon hybridization. Their performance is validated across 2D and 3D cultures and rat islets, demonstrating sensitive, real‐time mRNA ...

Light Switchable Ionic Conductivity of Arylazopyrazole Modified Polysiloxanes
We present a polysiloxane functionalized with a novel arylazopyrazole dye that undergoes reversible photoisomerization. Upon lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide addition and UV irradiation, the polymer exhibits a shift in tan(d) toward higher frequencies and enhanced ionic conductivity.

Solid-Phase, Pd-Catalyzed Silicon-Aryl Carbon Bond Formation. Synthesis of Sansalvamide A Peptide
A palladium-catalyzed silicon−aryl carbon bond formation on solid-phase is reported. A phenylalanine silane resin was prepared directly from protected iodo-substituted phenylalanine with butyl diethylsilane polystyrene in one step. A rapid and high-yield

Reconnaissance Peptide Labeling Grain Boundary of Chemically Grown MoS2 Polycrystalline Monolayer
Self‐assembled peptides on substrates, through adsorption and aggregation, offer an alternative way to label grain boundaries in chemically grown single‐layer polycrystalline MoS2. During an early nucleation step, peptides preferentially bind to grain boundaries.
