T Follicular Helper Cell Heterogeneity
T follicular helper (Tfh) cells specialize in helping B cells and are therefore critical contributors to the generation of humoral immunity. Tfh cells aid immunoglobulin class-switch recombination and support the germinal center response, thereby promoting immunoglobulin affinity maturation and the generation of humoral immune memory.

Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

Follicular Helper T Cells: Lineage and Location [PDF]
Follicular helper T (Tfh) cells are the class of effector T helper cells that regulates the step-wise development of antigen-specific B cell immunity in vivo. Deployment of CXCR5+ Tfh cells to B cell zones of lymphoid tissues and stable cognate interactions with B cells are central to the delivery of antigen-specific Tfh cell function.

Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics
Spatial epigenomics combines molecular profiling with tissue architecture to reveal how gene regulation is organized within intact tissues. In cancer, these technologies uncover the mechanisms driving tumor heterogeneity and microenvironmental interactions, opening new opportunities for biomarker discovery and precision medicine.

B Cell Help by CD1d-Rectricted NKT Cells
B cell activation and antibody production against foreign antigens is a central step of host defense. This is achieved via highly regulated multi-phase processes that involve a variety of cells of both innate and adaptive arms of the immune system.

Signaling Pathways in T Follicular Helper Cells [PDF]
Abstract Th cell functional subsets have unique transcriptional programs that form the molecular basis for T cell differentiation and functions. T follicular helper (TFH) cells have emerged as the main providers of T cell help to B cells during the germinal center (GC) reaction, where B cells undergo selection events through ...

New Territory for T Follicular Helper Cells [PDF]
T follicular helper (Tfh) cells have been thrust into the limelight since the recent discovery of their unique developmental program. Exciting new insights into the regulation of Tfh development, migration, and function were presented at the first Gordon Conference on Tfh cells held in Hong Kong and summarized here.

Follicular helper T cells in immune homeostasis [PDF]
In recent years, follicular helper T (TFH) cells have become a hot topic for immunologists due to their pivotal role in modulating antibody-mediated immune responses. Although helper T (TH) 2 cells have long been known to provide help for B-cell responses, TFH cells have been identified only recently as a distinct lineage of TH cells that is specific ...
