Isolation of a taxol-resistant Leishmania donovani promastigote mutant that exhibits a multidrug-resistant phenotype [PDF]
We raised a strain of Leishmania donovani in the laboratory that was resistant to 500 nM taxol. The IC50 of the wild-type strain for taxol was 35 nM and that of the taxol-resistant strain (T-500) was 1 µM. The T-500 strain exhibited a Mdr phenotype;

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.
