ABSTRACT This commentary integrates findings from three recent Cell reports to establish a unified mechanistic model of multiple sclerosis (MS) driven by the interplay between Epstein‐Barr virus (EBV) and the HLA‐DR15 genotype. EBV promotes CNS autoimmunity through three distinct but intersecting mechanisms.

Adaptive Immunity in Marsupials
Comparison of the marsupial and eutherian adaptive immune systems. ABSTRACT Marsupials diverged from eutherian mammals 125–160 million years ago. Although evolutionarily distinct, both groups of mammals can produce complex adaptive immune responses to antigens with several key differences.

ABSTRACT Introduction In liver transplantation (LT) with a caval sparing (CS) approach, the presence of complete encirclement of inferior vena cava (IVC‐E) by hypertrophic segment 1 increases the technical complexity of hepatectomy. Thus, in LT for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), It may be suspected that the resulting greater liver manipulation and ...

Juvenile Mycosis Fungoides: A Multicenter Retrospective Italian Study
This multicenter retrospective study included 29 juvenile mycosis fungoides (JMF) patients from five Italian centres with confirmed histopathological diagnosis. most often presents with hypopigmented/classic variants and CD8+ phenotype. Early‐onset cases ( < 14 years) show better long‐term outcomes.

Multiomics Insights Into AL Amyloidosis
ABSTRACT Light chain amyloidosis is a systemic or localized protein conformational disorder triggered by misfolded immunoglobulin light chains, leading to amyloid fibril deposition. The disease is characterized by multiorgan involvement and delayed diagnosis, contributing to poor prognosis and high mortality rates.

This review details a three‐stage paradigm shift for tumor‐reactive CD8+ T‐cell identification: decoding transcriptomic states, deciphering clonal functional efficacy, and molecular‐level therapeutic TCR design. Addressing translational hurdles and generative AI “scientific blind spots”—such as missing catch bonds—we present a visionary roadmap.

Organoid Coculture Models for Cancer Research and Immunotherapy
This review summarizes organoid coculture platforms, including submerged Matrigel culture, air–liquid interface, microfluidic/organoid‐on‐a‐chip, and 3D bioprinting, for reconstructing the tumor microenvironment to study tumor–stroma/immune crosstalk, evaluate immunotherapies, and enable drug screening.

Improving Fetal Single‐Voxel Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy With Spectral Registration
ABSTRACT Purpose To evaluate whether spectral registration improves spectral quality and quantification reliability in in vivo single‐voxel fetal brain MRS: Methods Fourteen fetal PRESS datasets were acquired at 3 T at TE = 35 ms and TE = 135 ms. Raw data were processed with eddy‐current phase correction, coil combination, spectral registration, and ...

Abstract Background Home parenteral nutrition (HPN) is the standard of care for adults with chronic intestinal failure (CIF), but evidence from publicly funded healthcare systems in middle‐income countries is limited. This study describes an 11‐year experience of a structured, nursing‐led HPN program within Brazil's Unified Health System (SUS ...
