circMAN1A2 as an Isoform‐Resolved Circular RNA Hub in Cancer
circMAN1A2 as an isoform‐resolved circular RNA hub in cancer. circMAN1A2 is generated by back‐splicing of MAN1A2 pre‐mRNA, with alternative circularization producing multiple isoforms, including the predominant circMAN1A2(2–5). Its mechanistic interfaces include miRNA‐associated regulation, RBP binding/proteostasis control, BSJ‐mediated RNA–RNA pairing,

Tumor‐infiltrating T cell repertoire has been demonstrated to be closely associated with anti‐tumor immune response. However, the relationship between T cell repertoire in tumor tissue and prognosis has never been reported in Hepatocellular carcinoma ...

This multi‐omics study reveals the significant role of MAIT cells in liver transplant rejection. MAIT cells drive rejection in liver transplantation via the MR1 axis. Their absence reshapes T cell responses and clonal expansion, attenuating allograft injury.

TCR repertoire divergence reflects micro-environmental immune phenotypes in glioma
Background & significance: Glioblastoma (GBM) remains prognostically dismal, with only modest gains in mean survival time with chemo- and radiotherapy motivating research into reversing its characteristic local and systemic immunosuppression with ...

Impact of G‐CSF on Donor TCR Clonal Diversity and T Cell Function During Donor HSC Mobilisation
In this study, we found that G‐CSF mobilisation caused a reduction in TCR clonal diversity and down‐regulation of T‐cell function in donors. This may be one of the reasons for the low incidence of GVHD mediated by G‐CSF after allo‐HSCT. Source: Created in BioRender. Li https://BioRender.com/otownki.

MHC control of the naive TCR alpha-chain repertoire.
International audienceThe naive T cell repertoire is shaped by interactions between developing thymocytes and thymic stroma. Both positive and negative selection involve the clonotypic TCR and MHC molecules carrying self-peptides.

ABSTRACT Post‐transplant cyclophosphamide (PT‐CY) remains the standard of care for graft‐versus‐host disease (GvHD) prophylaxis in haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), yet relapse, delayed immune reconstitution, infections, and organ toxicity represent persistent and clinically meaningful limitations.
