New Pyridobenothiazolone Derivatives Display Nanomolar Pan‐Serotype Anti‐Dengue Virus Activity
A ligand‐based strategy is employed, starting from hit compound 2, to develop the C‐2 modified pyridobenzothiazolone 19 as a pan‐serotype nanomolar DENV‐1‐4 inhibitor. Investigations of the mechanism reveal the peculiar ability to abolish the infectivity of virions in a second infection.

The cannabinoid receptor type 2 (CB2R) is overexpressed under pathological conditions. PET is a suitable non‐invasive imaging technique for diagnosing disease states, but requires a radiotracer that binds to CB2R with high affinity and selectivity. Currently, there is no suitable candidate routinely used in the clinics.

In this paper, the infrared dielectric function of photochromic dipyridinium thiazolo[5,4-d]thiazole embedded in polymer is reported. Bulk thiazolo[5,4-d]thiazole-embedded polymer samples were prepared by drop casting and dehydration in room temperature.
