Biointegrated Battery‐Based Electroceuticals
Biointegrated batteries go beyond passive power to serve as active therapeutic platforms for delivering programmable electrical cues and bioactive agents. This review examines their mechanisms and applications and provides a framework to guide battery‐based therapeutic design and clinical translation.

A novel engineering strategy that establishes material design principles for incorporating anti‐inflammatory steroids into lipid nanoparticles to reduce LNP‐induced inflammation while retaining mRNA delivery. Results are validated in vitro and in three animal models of inflammation and autoimmunity in vivo.

Toll-like receptor 2 suppresses Toll-like receptor 9 responses in Peyer's patch dendritic cells
In the intestine, immune responses to commensal microbes should be regulated precisely. This regulation is achieved partly by dendritic cells (DCs), which recognize microbes through Toll-like receptors (TLRs). Although TLR responses have been intensely studied, cross-talk between individual TLRs remains unclear.

By growing a conformal ZIF‐8 protective layer directly on antibody‐functionalized microneedles, this work converts a fragile biosensing interface into a thermostable diagnostic platform. The MOF@MN patch enables minimally invasive NGAL detection from dermal ISF while supporting cold‐chain‐independent storage and transport for decentralized kidney ...

Toll-like receptor 2 confers partial neuroprotection during prion disease.
Neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration are common during prion infection, but the mechanisms that underlie these pathological features are not well understood. Several components of innate immunity, such as Toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 and Complement C1q,

An engineered Trojan Mycobacterium, developed via a “peeling‐off and masking‐up” strategy, functions as a powerful splenic myelopoiesis converter. This spleen‐targeted nanomedicine induces trained immunity to reprogram immunosuppressive myeloid reservoirs into antitumoral effectors.

This study identifies an immunometabolic axis wherein SAM‐driven PRMT1 methylates LDHA, enhancing its activity. The resultant lactate induces STAT3 K709 lactylation, which stabilizes an active conformation to promote STAT3 phosphorylation and IL‐10 expression.

m6A‐Mediated Glycolysis by IL‐37 Drives T Cell Metabolic Reprogramming to Regulate Colitis
This study identifies an IL‐37/SIGIRR‐METTL14 regulatory axis that suppresses global m6A modification in CD4+ T cells. IL‐37 signaling, mediated through SIGIRR, inhibits IRAK4 and JNK phosphorylation, leading to downregulation of the methyltransferase METTL14.
