Non-Functional Trace Amine-Associated Receptor 1 Variants in Patients With Mental Disorders
Background: The G protein–coupled receptor (GPCR) trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) is expressed across brain areas involved in emotions, reward and cognition, and modulates monoaminergic and glutamatergic neurotransmissions.

Trace Amine‐Associated Receptor Intracellular Localization and Trafficking
Trace amine‐associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) is a G‐protein coupled receptor (GPCR) found in monoaminergic neurons of the central nervous system. Amphetamine‐like psychostimulants activate TAAR1, which couples to G α s and G α 13 downstream signaling ...

This study demonstrates that Tf‐PDA NPs combine a receptor‐mediated targeting with mild photothermal activation to enhance nanoparticle accumulation in the brain. NIR‐activated Tf‐PDA NPs increase BBB permeability to NPs in vitro and in vivo without inducing cytotoxicity or adverse immune responses.

Trace Amine-Associated Receptor 1 Agonist Modulates Mismatch Negativity-Like Responses in Mice
The trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) is a G protein-coupled receptor widely expressed in the mammalian brain, particularly in limbic system and monoaminergic areas.

Trace-amine associated receptor 1 and vulnerability to methamphetamine use disorders [PDF]
Vulnerability to methamphetamine (MA) use is related to the genetics that mediate the aversive and rewarding effects of MA. According to the most recent research, a gene known as the trace-amine associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) seems to play protective role,

Engineering Metal‐Pocket Cooperativity in Single‐Atom COF Nanozymes for Selective Cascade Catalysis
A multilevel programming strategy is developed to engineer single‐atom COF nanozymes with tunable metal centers and chiral pockets inspired by heme–pocket cooperativity. This approach enables controlled metal–pocket interplay for asymmetric cascade catalysis, delivering high activity, selectivity, and recyclability in an asymmetric oxidation–aldol ...

Electropolymerized Aptasensor for Femtogram‐Level Cytokine Detection
Electropolymerization of 3‐amino‐ʟ‐tyrosine creates ultrathin, smooth, and chemically robust pALT nanofilms with accessible carboxyl functionalities for direct aptamer immobilization. Integrated with fiber‐optic SPR and OECT platforms, these interfaces enable IL‐6 detection down to 100 fg mL−1 and provide a versatile route to bioelectronic sensing ...
