In humans, γδ T cells may play a regulatory role in peanut immunotherapy, and their role in shrimp allergy remains unclear.

Chemogenetic Activation of G12 Signaling Thickens the Epidermis With Enhanced Barrier Function

In this study, we investigated the role of G12 signaling in the epidermis using a keratinocyte‐specific chemogenetic approach. Activation of G12 signaling promoted keratinocyte differentiation and enhanced epidermal barrier function by upregulating filaggrin, claudin‐1, and ceramide.
