目的系统探讨水通道AQP4敲除鼠先天性脑积水大脑基因表达差异。方法利用小鼠基因表达谱芯片对水通道AQP4敲除鼠先天性脑积水大脑基因表达水平进行检测分析。结果超过100个基因的表达水平发生显著改变,其中有超过63个基因表达明显上调,超过37个基因表达显著下降。结论这些基因表达水平的改变可能与先天性脑积水的形成密切相关,深入研究相关基因可能发现先天性脑积水形成的新机制。
