Protective Effects of a Cissus quadrangularis Stem Peel Ash Derived Salt Against Streptozotocin Induced Cellular Injury in SH‐SY5Y Cells

Applied Research, Volume 5, Issue 5, October 2026.
Cissus quadrangularis stem peel‐derived bio salt protects SH‐SY5Y neuroblastoma cells against streptozotocin‐induced neurotoxicity by reducing oxidative stress, suppressing apoptosis, and improving cell viability. These findings highlight its potential as a natural neuroprotective agent for neurodegenerative disorders.
